Return Period

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for used, damaged, personalized, opened hygiene or personal-care items, gift cards, or final-sale products, except where required by applicable law.
